What It Is:

Spray Tonic Lotion Primer evenly and liberally onto damp or dry hair and work through to detangle and refresh with an invigorating blend of Tea Tree Oil, herbs, and Vitamin E. Then, rub a dab of Sumotech between palms and distribute evenly through nearly dry hair for instant texture. Bumble’s barber-chair best, all boxed up.
